Terms of Service
1. Scope
These Terms of Service govern all agreements between Tiemo Timtschenko (the "Provider") and users regarding the use of the offerra SaaS platform.
2. Service Description
The Provider offers a web-based software solution for proposal tracking and follow-up management. The exact scope of services is defined by the selected plan as described on offerra.de.
3. Contract Formation, Trial Period, and Term
The contract is formed upon completion of the checkout process. Paid subscriptions begin with a 14-day free trial. After the trial period the subscription automatically becomes billable unless cancelled beforehand. The minimum term is one month (monthly plan) or one year (annual plan). The contract renews automatically for the same period unless cancelled with 14 days' notice before the end of the current term.
4. Fees
Prices are set out in the current pricing overview on offerra.de. All prices are net prices exclusive of statutory VAT. Billing is handled by Stripe Inc. (USA). By placing an order you consent to the transmission of data necessary for payment processing to Stripe.
5. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the provisions of GDPR.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Provider is fully liable for intent and gross negligence. Otherwise, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
